Taylor Hill Exploration Ltd. (“Taylor Hill”) has been in the business of acquiring and marketing oil and gas prospects for 16 years. The company has had a successful track record is due to the technical, land and managerial experience of the company’s team which is a small group. The President is a professional geologist and the Landman each have over 35 years in the oil industry. In addition, Taylor Hill has a group of experienced and successful consultants in most sectors of the oil and gas exploration business including: Administration, Geophysics, Financial Accounting, Petroleum Law, and Petroleum Engineering which they use when necessary.

Taylor Hill will assist other companies, private oil and gas asset owners or freehold lease owners, to manage and market their exploratory undeveloped lands or leases. In most cases we will do this for a share in these lands. (i.e. a working interest, rather than a cash fee).  This service may appeal to a wide range of companies, or individuals, including financially stressed exploration companies which wish to reduce G&G expense, companies with lands which have become non-core, companies which require low cost management of undeveloped lands and/or groups that lack exploration experience and expertise.

Taylor Hill must see technical merit in the assets or leases in order to take on a marketing effort. As a result the company would complete “due diligence” by Taylor Hill’s staff prior to taking on any obligation. Upon agreement to market any lands, Taylor Hill would prepare technical material demonstrating the potential of the lands or leases which would be placed on the company website. Previous technical data may, or may not, be used in Taylor Hill’s marketing effort.
