Stephan R. (Steve) Benediktson
(President and CEO, P. Geol.)

Stephan (“Steve”) Benediktson is a professional geologist with over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas exploration industry in Canada and internationally with public and private companies. Mr. Benediktson holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Calgary where he graduated in 1979.

He has experience in all facets of oil and gas exploration. Previous public companies where he has worked include Francana Oil and Gas Ltd., Sceptre Resources Ltd., Paloma Petroleum Ltd. and Benson Petroleum Ltd., the latter as V.P. Exploration and Director. He was one of the first employees at Benson and during his employment saw the company go from a market cap of ~$3.5 MM to the ~$100.0 MM when it was sold. After Benson, Steve founded Taylor Hill Resources Ltd. in January 2002 and the company was sold to Triton Energy Corp. in April 2005. Currently Steve is President and CEO of Taylor Hill Exploration Ltd. a private oil and gas company.

J.G. (Greg) Johnson
(Land Consultant, P. Land)

J.G. (Greg) Johnson is a professional landman with over 35 years of land experience in Canada both onshore and offshore and internationally. Mr. Johnson holds an Honours Degree in Economics and an MBA.

He has experience in all facets of land work including negotiations, administration, contract writing and management and has been accredited as a professional landman by the Canadian Association of Petroleum Landmen. Previous companies that he has worked for include PanArctic Oils Ltd., Voyager Petroleums Ltd, Andex Oil Co. Ltd., Central Explorers Inc., Anschutz Exploration Ltd., Supra Oil and Gas Corporation, Benson Petroleum Ltd. and Triton Energy Corp. He is currently president of J2 Resources Inc. a private oil and gas investment and consulting company.
